1. Free Barre3 Edina Special Event 

Barre3 Edina is hosting a free workout class co-taught by Lucy Gardiner (Barre3 Edina owner/Jane Cashin’s daughter) and Abby Hirsch (MSH Edina player) on Saturday, May 4th at 11:00.  Abby has taught previously and raised money for Special Olympics.  This time Abby chose to raise money for MSH.  Information on registering to attend this is here:  https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/ws?studioid=666320&stype=-7&sVT=23&sView=day&sLoc=0&date=05/04/24

2. Hendrickson Festival Updates

Registration is still open to attend.  The schedule has been posted on the website.  Please sign up if you plan on attending so that MSH can create teams for the Jamboree games on Sunday the 2nd.   Jamboree teams will be posted a couple weeks before the festival weekend.  Link to register:  https://mnspecialhockey.sportngin.com/register/form/297721065

New this year is an MSH Coach/Volunteer All-Star game.  It will be held on Sunday, June 2nd at 2:45 on Rink 2. Coaches and volunteers, please sign up using this link.  If you want to include a guest they either must be registered with USA Hockey or sign a USA Hockey Waiver of Liability.

3. Women's Hockey Association of Minnesota Development League

Women's Hockey Association of Minnesota (WHAM) will be hosting Hockey Development Clinics this upcoming summer.  Registration is open and MSH adult female players are welcome to join.   The sessions will be held on Tuesdays at Augsburg: May 14, May 21, May 28, June 4, June 11. Click on your clinic level tab for individual registration links (ie. Hockey 101, Hockey 101a, and Hockey 201). 

  • Hockey 101 - for the true beginner hockey player.
  • Hockey 101A - for the player still newer to the game, but with some hockey experience.
  • Hockey 201 - for the player who has some hockey experience, but is looking to improve on skating, positioning and game skills.

All clinics are taught by experienced collegiate and high-level players within WHAM with a passion for coaching, development and getting more women involved in the sport of ice hockey!
