1. Chaska Pond Hockey - CANCELLED

The Chaska Pond Hockey event on January 28th has unfortunately been cancelled by the event organizers.  The pond has very poor ice conditions due to recent rain and warmer than average temperatures and is unsafe for skating.  All those who already registered have been notified of the cancellation and the registration for the event is closed.  Looking forward to this event next year!

2. Goalie Clinic on Jan. 29th
CALLING ALL GOALIES!  

Coach Steve Coonan is offering a goalie clinic on Sunday, January 29th from 11:15 – 12:30 at MN Made Ice Center in Edina.  MN Special Hockey would love to see all our goalies attend this clinic.  Even if you are thinking about playing goalie you should consider attending.

3. Calendar Events that Require a Registration
There are many MSH events that include all the teams.  Most of these events require a specific registration.  The registration link is in the calendar item and the newsletter, but you must click on the item to see all the information.  Please use the registration link to register, NOT the RSVP on the calendar item.  If you have registered with the calendar item, all the information that is required for the event will not be available for the event planners and you might not be allowed to participate.
4. Wild Diversified Hockey Night  - Save the Date

Save the Date!  This season's MN Wild Diversified Hockey game will be February 26th, 2023.   It is a 1:00 pm Sunday game versus the Columbus Blue Jackets.  More information will come soon and planning is still in the works, but for now save the date on your calendars! 

5. Amazon Smile

News came out today that Amazon will unfortunately be shutting down its charitable Amazon Smile program in February.  But, your Amazon purchases can still benefit MN Special Hockey for the next few weeks! Go to https://smile.amazon.com/ and log into your account you can select Minnesota Special Hockey Association as the charity you support.  Thank you for your support!
