The following is a list of requirements that must be completed before a player can participate. A player is cleared to get on the ice if rostered on a current season roster.
Please complete the requirements outlined below by October 15th.
FULLY REGISTERED DEFINITIONS:
If you are a NEW player, or if you are a RETURNING player and need to order a new jersey, your registration must be completed by September 10th to get a jersey in time for the first game!
Replacement jersey costs are $65 each.
New players receive a pair of green socks. Purchase of white socks or replacing green socks cost $14.

The number of steps required to complete a MN Special Hockey player registration depends on the player age and if the player has never previously registered with USA Hockey. Please read the information and click the BIG action buttons to complete each step.
1. USA Hockey Registration -
Returning MN Special Hockey players and players that have played organized hockey with a USA Hockey registered team must complete this step.
Players who are new to MN Special Hockey and have never played organized hockey with a USA Hockey registered team can skip this step. Your first year of USA Hockey is free, continue to step #2.

USA Hockey Foundation has a Membership Relief Fund for Special Hockey Players to help players pay for this registration. 2. Minnesota Special Hockey Registration -
Everyone must complete this step. Look for an email receipt once this is completed.
There is a $125 registration fee for registering at this time. During the registration there is an opportunity to pay offline or apply for a scholarship (partial or full).
3. SafeSport Training/Refresher or Accommodation -
If you were born in 2007 or before you must complete this step.
4. Fill out and turn in USA Hockey Consent to Treat form to your manager/coach at your first practice.

NEW PLAYERS: If you have never previously registered with USA Hockey, MN Special Hockey or another organization, you can skip this first step.
This year USA Hockey Registration fees are outlined above and must be paid with a credit/debit card.

Once you complete the USA Hockey registration you will be given a confirmation number on the page as well as an email confirmation. Be sure to PRINT/SAVE the confirmation. You will use this number when you return to this page to complete STEP 2: MN Special Hockey Registration.
***** Step #2 *****
The registration fee is $125. Please have your debit or credit card available. Financial aid scholarships and a payment plan are available for qualified participants. More information is available during the registration process.
***** Step #3 *****
USA Hockey is requires SafeSport Training or Accommodation completion for players born in 2007 or earlier. Please complete this as soon as possible. Players that do not complete it will not be allowed on the ice until it is complete.
New adult players will need to wait for their USA Hockey Confirmation number before they can send in the accommodation/waiver. Please wait a few weeks after you register to receive this number.

The below form is required for each player prior to the start of the season. Please complete and submit to your team manager at the first practice.
