1. USA Hockey Special Hockey Classic in Wayne, New Jersey November 7-9th - Register by September 27th
MSH is looking for players to participate in the upcoming USA Hockey Special Hockey Classic in Wayne, New Jersey on Nov. 7-9th, 2025. The Special Hockey Classic is an annual event celebrating special hockey, bringing together players and teams from all over the country for a week of camaraderie and fun on and off the ice.
Details:
Games will be held at the Ice Vault in Wayne, New Jersey. All players are responsible for their own transportation, meals and hotel. However, there is a $300 travel stipend for each MSH player that participates with MSH in the tournament. These funds will be paid after the tournament is complete. Only MSH players who participate in all of their games at the tournament are eligible to receive the $300 travel stipend. Hotel information will be sent out when we receive the player's registration and we have a complete team registered. Game schedules will be sent out once teams are formed.
The Special Hockey Classic will have an Opening Ceremony with a live band, Honor Guard, buffet dinner for players and coaches, special guests, and a very special limited USA Hockey jersey honoring Johnny and Matthew Gaurdreau for every player participating in the Classic. Players will also receive discount tickets to the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey where there is indoor snow skiing, wave pool and swimming, amusement park rides, and much more for players and families.
Cost: There will be a $50 non-refundable fee charged at the time of registration. This fee will be used to cover tournament registration.

2. MSH 2025-26 Season Player and Volunteer Registration Now Open
Player and volunteer registration is open for the 2025-26 season! Follow all the steps in the registration pages to complete your registration. Please read the registration page carefully, as it contains a lot of important information.

Important items:
- If you are a NEW player, or if you are a RETURNING player and need to order a new jersey, your registration must be completed by September 22nd to get a jersey in time for the first game! Replacement jersey costs are $65.
- Replacement green socks or “extra” white socks are $15 a pair.
- If you are a player born in or before 2008 you must have your SafeSport Training or Accommodation completed by October 15th in order to participate in the first practice!
- All coach and volunteer requirements (including SafeSport training and background checks) must be completed by October 15th in order to participate in the first practice!
3. MSH Summer Clinic Registration
Registration remains open for those wanting to attend the summer hockey clinics in St. Louis Park and/or St. Cloud. These clinics are for special hockey registered players and involve skill based, skating, passing, and shooting drills. Cost of attending any or all of the clinic sessions is $50. Players must be registered to get on the ice. If a player is NOT registered they are not allowed on the ice.
The deadline for receiving a jersey has passed. Any player who registers now will not receive a clinic jersey.
CLINIC DATES AND TIMES:
St. Cloud Clinic at Herb Brooks National Sports Center (Main Rink) - Sunday, September 21st from 1:15 - 2:30 and Sunday, September 28th from 1:00 - 2:30.
St. Louis Park Clinic at SLP Rec Center (West Rink) - Sundays, October 5th - 26th at 10:30 or 11:30 depending on skill level.
IMPORTANT!!! With every registration of this type you will receive a confirmation email once your registration is complete. If you do NOT receive a confirmation email you did not complete the registration correctly.
