1. Summer Clinics – Register by August 28th for St. Cloud and September 18th for St. Louis Park
MSH is offering Summer Hockey Clinics for Special Hockey registered players. These are skill based, skating, passing, and shooting drills. Each session might end with some sort of a game, but more than likely will not be a typical scrimmage. Cost of attending any or all of the clinic sessions is $40.
Registrants will receive a clinic jersey highlighting fantastic sponsors. The deadline to register and receive a jersey in time for the Lakeville clinic has passed. Players who register by Wednesday, September 18th will receive a jersey for the St. Louis Park clinic. Players that register by Wednesday, August 28th will receive a jersey for the St. Cloud clinic. The jerseys are handed out at the clinic.
Lakeville Clinic at Hasse Arena (Rink 2) - Sundays, August 4th - August 25th at 11:15.
St. Louis Park Clinic at SLP Rec Center (West Rink) - Sundays, October 6th - 27th at 10:30 or 11:30 depending on Skill Level.
St. Cloud Clinic at MAC – Sundays, September 15th and 29th at 11:00 – 12:15.

2. Da Beauty League Drawing Registration – Deadline is August 18th
Once again MN Special Hockey has been invited to skate between two Da Beauty League playoff games on Monday, August 26th!!!
Players must be in the Braemar Arena locker room area before 5:00, skating will be around 6:00 (after the 5:00 game) for a short few minutes.
This registration is for entering your name in the drawing to skate with Da Beauty League. Filling out this registration does NOT guarantee a spot to skate, just to get in the drawing.
- There will be 12 players allowed.
- If we have more than 12 registered players we will have a drawing.
- Only for players registered during the previous hockey season that have maintained consistent attendance at team events.
- Skaters that played in a previous Da Beauty event may not be eligible.

Registration for the drawing closes at midnight on Sunday, August 18th. If your name is drawn to skate, you must reply to an email on Wednesday the 21st confirming that you will be there on Monday the 26th. If you do not reply in time, you will lose your spot to another player.

3. St. Cloud Summer Picnic Information - Register by August 30th
August is here and we're all waiting for hockey season to start! It's almost time to get together in St. Cloud and catch up at the summer picnic and annual meeting!
- St. Cloud location is at Sauk Rapids Municipal Park Pavilion, 1001 River Ave N. Sauk Rapids. The picnic will take place on Sunday, September 8th from 12:00 - 3:00pm. Lunch will be served. Please RSVP for this picnic by Friday August 30th.
More picnic/annual meeting details:
- Raffle prizes for players - you must register to be part of the raffle.
- Board elections will take place at both locations. Totals will be tallied and announced after the events.

4. MSH 2024-25 Season Registration Opening Soon
MSH is working hard on finalizing the registration for the upcoming 2024-25 season. The registration will be open very soon and season information and the registration link will be included in the next newsletter.
