USA Disabled Festival

Hi MN Special Hockey Members!

We have heard from quite a number of people that are interested in traveling to Buffalo, NY for the USA Disabled Festival. Because of that, we will have enough players for at least one team (hopefully more)! As always, it will be a very fun weekend... great memories, new friends, fun hockey!

Information on the festival:
Event Details

MN Special Hockey will be providing a bus to this event. Each player and one parent/guardian/guest can ride the bus at no cost. Additional riders will be charged $150 each. Players that choose to fly to this event can send their hockey bags on the bus and ride the bus at no cost. The bus will likely leave on the evening of Wednesday, April 8th. And depart Buffalo on Sunday after our last game.

If you are attending, we must know by Sunday March 1st. Please respond to Jane Cashin (jocashin@comcast.net) with the following information:
• Are you traveling by bus or flying? If bus, how many people will be riding?
• Do you have a maroon MN Special Hockey jersey? If yes, what is your number. If no, what size do you need and would you like to purchase one or just use during the festival? (Cost is approximately $90.)

The hotel room block has been reserved. We are staying at the Buffalo Marriot Niagara at a rate of $109 per night (Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights). Please make your hotel reservation ASAP, these rooms will be released back to the Marriot soon after our March 1st deadline. The following link is for making your reservation.
